Michael Baker Jr., Inc., a unit of Michael Baker Corporation , has been chosen by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to provide construction inspection and construction management services during the rehabilitation of the Squirrel Hill Tunnels in Pittsburgh, Pa.
