Former Boston College star Brian Gibbons gets two-year deal from Pittsburgh Penguins

PITTSBURGH, Pa. – The Penguins signed free-agent forward Brian Gibbons to a two-year, entry-level contract on Monday. In his final season at Boston College, Gibbons had 18 goals and 51 points in 39 games. He was an assistant captain for the Eagles, and made the All-Hockey East second team.
