CANONSBURG, Pa. – A southwestern Pennsylvania man received a Christmas Eve lesson in the old adage, “Let the buyer beware.” Billy Joe Sanders, of Pittsburgh, said he bought a home in Canonsburg during a Washington County tax sale in August.
