Why not have an open air wedding?

The Avalon hotel in downtown Erie is very nice. Plus, the guests would have a place to stay.
It’s on the corner of 10th and State streets and is right in downtown, but only a short distance to Presque Isle.
I’ve stayed there a few times on business and pleasure and have always had a good experience at the Avalon.

Absolutely the Avalon hotel, several different rooms so you can have the wedding ceremony, then a room for a cocktail hour while the reception is finalized. Very pretty, simple and classic.
You could also have a hotel do the recpetion and see have a JOP do the ceremony at the marina, that would be lovely, too!

i don’t live in your state, but i did a quicl local search of your town, and the sunset inn came up. i’m notsure if this place is as great. but since its a smaller location maybe they will be avaiable! their was a good review and a bad review of it. if nto there you may just have to find a chruch and have a small ceremony, then maybe you can book a restaurant for a small gathering. so your relative can be there and then have yopur big wedding as scheduled!
